Before I graduated in May I had an internship lined up in NYC with Elite Traveler Magazine. My time here has been great. Most of the work is fact checking, but I also do image gathering and selection, editing and some writing. Honestly, it doesn't even feel like work when you're researching luxury resorts, yachts, jewelry, etc. It's been a great learning experience and I have definitely made a lot of contacts here in the city. I have been job searching pretty much the whole summer and hope to find something permanent either in NYC or DC. |
