The Perfect Glass. Pour ’em like Eric Plowman
- First of all, pouring a beer has to come natural.
- You need a clean glass.
- Tossing the glass and catching it is optional.
- Tilt the glass to a 45-degree angle under the tap.
- Make sure the tap is touching the inside of the top of the glass.
- Open the tap all of the way and let the beer flow.
- Bring the glass up until it is three-fourths of the way full.
- Move the tap into the center of the glass until about three-fourths of an inch of foam forms at the top.
- Wait until the foam stands above the rim of the glass.
- Shut the tap down.
- Then serve the beer with a smirk, not a smile.
